Where do you deliver?
We deliver anywhere in Romania, including small villages. The delivery fee is:
for Bucharest - 6 RON (~ 1.4 EURO)

Small cities or villages - please call for confirmation
The delivery fee is displayed and added to the total amount after you select the destination city from the drop-down menu located in the delivery form. If the delivery city is not in the list please call to confirm if we can deliver there.
There are NO HIDDEN TAXES, the total amount is composed by the item price and the delivery fee.
In Bucharest we deliver 7 days per week and in other destinations from Tuesday to Saturday.
Payment Methods
The payment method is selected AFTER you fill in the delivery form, and can be one of the following:
1. credit/debit card: after you fill in the delivery form, if you select this method, a secure form must be filled in with your card information and your card will be charged with the amount displayed in RON, or the equivalent, if your card is issued in another currency.
2. wire transfer: after you fill in the delivery form, if you select this method, you must send the total amount to our account by wire transfer.
3. PayPal: after you fill in the delivery form, if you select this method, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment interface.
4. Western Union fast money transfer service. After you fill in the delivery form, if you select this method, you must send us the amount to the name and address that will be displayed. Please do NOT use other money transfer service, such as Money Gram.
What if recipient is unavailable ?
If the recipient is unavailable, the delivery person may do one of the following:
deliver to another person found at the address, such as friend, relative, colleague
come back at another time
contact the recipient by phone to schedule delivery (we allways try not to reveal the content of the delivery or the sender)
